Tulasi Medical Centre hold a PPG meeting every 1-2 months. This is to give patients and staff time to change what needs to be changed from the previous meetings and also in the mean time for anything to arise.

All patients are welcome to attend PPG, all you need to do is download the form on the right, print it off, fill it in  and return it to reception at the surgery, or simply email: tulasi.medicalpractice@nhs.net- contact Clare and give her the following details so we can send you information about the upcoming meetings.
