Appointments
Routine appointments
You can call or come in to the surgery from 8am Monday to Friday to book doctors appointment on the day.
We have few pre-bookable appointments available most of the days. Routine telephone appointments can be pre-booked.
Routine telephone appointments can also be useful for our patients to discuss the blood results or scan results instead of coming to the surgery.

Consult with a Doctor online
You can also contact the practice and Doctors online to report any medical issues or administrative queries (such as repeat prescriptions, fit (sick) notes etc) that may result in appointments via our online triage form. Click the link below to get started.
Extended access
GP Access Hubs are available for our patients when our appointments are full. Patients can see a GP who will have access to the patient records (after getting consent from the patients).
Appointments in these Health Hubs can be provided from 18:30 up to 22:00.
These Access Hubs are located in Barking Hospital, Parsloes Hub, Broad Street and Becontree Medical Centre.
Please contact the surgeryto book appointment with the Access Hub.
Home visits
We request that our patients come into the surgery if possible as multiple patients can be seen in the practice in the time it takes to do a home visit. If you are not able to attend the surgery due to your condition, you can request a home visit. Please ring the surgery by 10am at the latest to request a home visit. The receptionists may ask for your condition so please be ready to describe it so that we can visit the most urgent cases first. A doctor will call you to discuss your medical problem and will assess if a home visit is required, or may decide that it would be best to speak with you in the surgery immediately, so please be prepared to visit the surgery in such a case.
If a home visit is required, you will need to confirm contact details for the home visit such as your address.
