Who do I see?

Routine appointments

Important Notice: From 4th Feb 2026, to ensure better service for all, we kindly ask that patients no longer walk in to book doctor’s appointments. Please use our online booking system (https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/f82660) to schedule your appointment in advance. However, patients can still walk in and call the surgery to book appointments with other types of clinicians.

Extended access

GP Access Hubs are available for our patients when our appointments are full. Patients can see a GP who will have access to the patient records (after getting consent from the patients).

Appointments in these Health Hubs can be provided from 18:30 up to 22:00.

These Access Hubs are located in Barking Hospital, Parsloes Hub, Broad Street and Becontree Medical Centre.

Please contact the surgery to book appointment with the Access Hub.

Home visits

We kindly ask that patients attend the surgery wherever possible, as this allows us to see multiple patients in the time it takes to complete a single home visit.

If you are unable to attend due to your medical condition, you may request a home visit using our online request form. Please provide as much detail as possible about your condition so that we can prioritise the most urgent cases effectively.

A doctor will contact you to discuss your medical concern and assess whether a home visit is necessary. In some cases, it may be determined that it is more appropriate for you to be seen at the surgery, so please be prepared to attend if advised.

If a home visit is arranged, you will be asked to confirm your contact details, including your address, to facilitate the visit.
